2. Account Registration

4. Course Access Policy

Full Course Enrollment

  • Pay the full course fee at once.
  • Pay in installments according to the announced payment plans.

10-Lesson Payment System

  • Access is granted to 10 lessons after payment.
  • Additional lessons are unlocked only after the next payment is completed.

Late Enrollment Students

The platform reserves the right to:

  • Determine the required number of lessons.
  • Set the appropriate subscription fee.
  • Approve or reject enrollment requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including but not limited to:

  • Videos
  • Books
  • Documents
  • Exams
  • Images
  • Designs

is the exclusive intellectual property of MousaSat.

Users may not:

  • Copy content
  • Reproduce content
  • Resell content
  • Share content publicly
  • Record and redistribute lessons

without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

Users are prohibited from:

  • Sharing accounts.
  • Accessing content through unauthorized methods.
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform.
  • Uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Abusing teachers, staff, or platform services.

7. Account Suspension

MousaSat may suspend or permanently terminate accounts in cases of:

  • Fraud or cheating.
  • Account sharing.
  • Intellectual property violations.
  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Such actions may occur without refund for already consumed services.

8. Modifications

The platform reserves the right to modify:

9. Limitation of Liability

MousaSat strives to provide uninterrupted services. However:

  • We are not responsible for internet service provider failures.
  • We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services.
  • We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or exam results.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
