Refund & Cancellation Policy
Students may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that a substantial portion of the educational content has not been accessed or consumed.
Full Course Purchases
If a student has attended lessons or accessed part of the course content, the value of the consumed content will be deducted, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.
10-Lesson Payment Model
Lessons that have been attended or unlocked are non-refundable.

MousaSat reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of platform policies.
